Shipping & Delivery

  • Orders are usually processed and dispatched within 2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding U.S. public holidays).
  • Before completing your order, please double‑check that your shipping address and postal/ZIP code are correct. Incorrect addresses may cause delays or failed deliveries.
  • International orders (outside the United States) may be subject to import duties, taxes, and handling fees charged by the destination country when your order arrives. These charges are not included in our prices or shipping fees and are your responsibility. Please contact your local customs office for details.
  • Delivery times vary by destination and shipping method. Standard delivery does not include tracking; tracked services provide a tracking number and are strongly recommended, especially for international orders.
  • For international orders, please allow up to 30 days for delivery. In rare cases, customs delays can extend delivery times further.

Payments

All payments are securely processed by PayPal, using industry-standard encryption and buyer protection. You do not need a PayPal account to complete your purchase – PayPal accepts major credit/debit cards directly at checkout.

Domestic (U.S.) Shipping

  • For orders shipping within the United States, we use standard domestic carriers (such as USPS, UPS, or similar services).
  • Standard U.S. delivery typically takes 3–7 business days after dispatch, depending on your location and the carrier.
  • Where available, you may be offered a tracked or expedited option at checkout. Tracked services include a tracking number and are recommended if you want detailed delivery updates.

Missing or Damaged Deliveries

  • If your order appears late, please first check with household members, neighbors, and any usual “safe place” where parcels may be left.
  • For international shipments, an order is considered missing after 30 days from dispatch. At that point, contact us and we will work with you on a replacement or other resolution.
  • Please inspect your items as soon as they arrive. Damaged or faulty items must be reported within 7 days of delivery, with photos if possible, so we can assess and resolve the issue.

Returns & Exchanges

  • You may request a return within 30 days of delivery. After 30 days, returns and exchanges are generally not accepted.
  • To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition you received them, including original packaging, tags, and any inserts.
  • Certain items cannot be returned, including:
    • Digital/downloadable products (such as downloadable music).
    • Apparel that has been worn, washed, or shows signs of use, damage, or odors.
  • We typically only exchange items if they are defective, damaged, or you received the wrong product. If you wish to exchange an item, contact us first so we can confirm availability and provide return instructions.
  • You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is confirmed to be faulty or sent in error. Original shipping fees are non‑refundable unless required by law.
  • For your protection, we strongly recommend using a tracked or insured shipping service for returns. We cannot be responsible for returns that are lost in transit without proof of delivery.

Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you to confirm receipt and let you know whether your refund has been approved or declined.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment. Processing times vary by payment provider, but it can take several business days for the credit to appear on your account.
  • If you have not received your refund after our confirmation, please first check your bank or card statement again, then contact your card issuer or bank. If you still have questions, reach out to us and include your order number and any relevant details.
  • Unless stated otherwise, discounted or sale items are not eligible for refunds except where they are faulty or damaged.

How to Start a Return

  • To start a return, exchange, or report an issue with your order, email us at hello @ zainabsule.com with your order number, the item(s) you’d like to return, and the reason.
  • We will reply with the correct return address and any additional instructions. Please do not send items back before contacting us, as unapproved returns may not be processed.

Amazon Orders

Some items may be fulfilled and shipped directly by Amazon on our behalf. For these orders, Amazon’s shipping, delivery, and returns processes may apply in addition to our own policies.

If you placed your order through Amazon, please start any return or refund request from within your Amazon account so it follows their system. If you have questions about a product itself, you can still contact us at hello @ zainabsule.com.

Event Tickets

For event tickets purchased through this site, all sales are generally final and tickets are non‑refundable, except where required by law or if an event is canceled or significantly rescheduled.

If an event is canceled, postponed, or materially changed, we will share instructions by email on available options, which may include a refund, exchange to a new date, or credit toward a future event.

Tickets are digital goods and are not eligible for returns like physical merchandise; please double‑check the event, date, time, and location before completing your purchase.
